A russian guy presents absurd and funny videos after editing them on his own specific way. It becomes something different as he give an explanation about the content before showing the video itself in a very fast but understandable manner. Unfortunately, he is used to speak in a vulgar way, however, if you just concentrate on the content it can have a positive impact and thus stressing the humour.
I really don’t like the vulgar language, but this is definitely a funny way to think about it: Highly recommended.

Recently I have discovered a video channel called “Six Pack Shortcuts – Get Six Pack Abs Fast”!
As me myself have started going to the gym a few days ago doing workouts, I really enjoyed the tips and exercises the trained guy, Mike, explains to people who are interested in. The videos are not just about “get(ing) a six-pack” it covers a wide range of themes regarding the subject “workout” and teach how to workout properly.
So, to make sure training becomes efficient, as from my perspective these YouTube channel becomes: highly recommended.
